Exceptions to Customs Duties: · Goods (raw materials) supplied under the temporary regime for job processing activities; · Medical products listed by the World Health Organization; · Indicators (referrer substances) in order to carry out the qualitative control of the medical products; · Pharmaceuticals used for international sport activities that are done in the customs territory of the Republic of Albania; · Civil Aircraft; · Personal effects that belong to individuals who change their usual residence from another country to Republic of Albania; · Imported goods in cases of matrimony and personal effects derived from inheritance; · School uniforms, school equipment and object ones destined for use from pupils and students, designated as non-commercial ones; · Laboratory animals and biologic or chemical substances necessary for various researches; · Therapeutic substances of human origin, reagents for defining the groups of blood and its composition, and human organs for transplanting intentions; · Received human aids addressed to the human beneficent organizations, to the cult institutions, to the public entities, and to the state-owned budgetary institutions and for their account; · Decorating and rewards for honorable titles; · Obtained gifts in the framework of the international relationships; · Goods for use of the chairman of state; · Imported goods aiming the stimulating of trade and the activity advertisement; · Dispatches destined for the organizations that defend the copyright, or other industrial or commercial rights and informative publications of a tourism character; · Different materials for packaging and keeping the goods during transport; · Animal foods and equipment that are necessary during the transport of the animals; · Fuel and lubricant oils for the deposit of the vehicles; · Coffins, funeral ornamentation and equipment and materials that are necessary for building, maintenance, and the ornamenting of the monuments or the tombs of the war victims; · Board furnishes and the necessary equipment for the normal functioning of them. |
